Sophie Englefield
Sophie is a hypnobirthing practitioner and has trained with the HypnoBirthing Institute - Marie Mongan Method.
Sophie Englefield BSc Dip PH has also trained with Nurturing Birth as a doula and has enjoyed giving the joys of a more pain free, natural, enjoyable, fear free birth experience to many people.
Sophie graduated in Psychology BSc in 2000 and has worked as a hypnotherapist since 2004. She now works solely as a hypnobirthing practitioner due to the amazing rewards its brings.
Sophie has a real passion for helping her hypnobirthing parents and loves hearing about the natural, comfortable birth that is experienced through using her techniques and personalised classes.
